Put Square Checkout Within Reach Without Keeping It in Hand

Waist-Level Access. Secure Storage. Faster Transition to Payment.

Square gives businesses the flexibility to accept payments beyond a traditional checkout counter, but employees still need a practical place for the terminal between transactions. The Square Mobile POS Holster with Adjustable Waist Belt creates a consistent body-worn position for Square Handheld and Square Terminal devices while leaving employees' hands available for customer service, merchandise, food service, and other frontline tasks.

Quick Drop-In Access for Square POS The open-top design allows employees to place and retrieve the terminal without working through a closed case each time a transaction begins. This supports workflows where the device is used repeatedly throughout a shift.
Adjustable Waist Carrying The belt adjusts up to approximately 48 inches, giving employees a self-contained carrying setup that does not depend on a personal belt. The terminal remains close to the employee as work moves away from the register.
Storage for Frontline Work Essentials An extra front pocket and pen holder give employees dedicated space for small work items, helping organize more of the customer-service setup in one wearable accessory. Businesses using Square across fixed and mobile checkout points can coordinate the holster with Square POS accessories for a more consistent device setup across the operation.

AgozTech develops Square carrying solutions around the transition from service to checkout, helping employees keep payment hardware close without sacrificing the hands-free mobility required for the customer-facing work that happens before and after each transaction.

Device-Specific Use Cases

Retail Line-Busting & Mobile Checkout Associates can move through the sales floor helping customers and access their Square terminal when checkout demand extends beyond the fixed register.
Restaurant & Café Payments Servers and counter employees can keep payment capability at the waist while their hands remain available for menus, food, receipts, and service tasks.
Pop-Ups & Flexible Selling Areas Employees working temporary counters, markets, events, or seasonal retail areas can maintain a defined terminal position even when permanent checkout infrastructure is limited.

Fit and Function for Square POS Waist Belt Holster

Model-Specific Pouch Sizing The Square Handheld configuration measures approximately 7 × 3.25 × 1.25 inches, while the Square Terminal configuration measures approximately 7.5 × 4 × 2.25 inches, providing sizing appropriate to each device format.
Canvas Exterior with Nylon Lining The pouch uses a canvas exterior with a durable, water-resistant nylon interior lining for repeated commercial carrying.
Silicone-Cover Accommodation The current product configuration is designed to accommodate the compatible Square terminal with a silicone cover installed, giving businesses additional flexibility in how devices are protected and carried.

Enterprise Buyers — Save Time & Money

Businesses deploying Square across multiple employees can make the holster part of the standard POS equipment kit rather than leaving device carrying to individual preference.

Because the product supports both Square Handheld and Square Terminal through appropriately sized configurations, procurement teams can maintain a common carrying approach as Square hardware differs between roles or locations.
