Start a Return or Exchange

Returns are submitted through the Customer Account portal. Here’s exactly how it works:

1. Access the login: Click the link below to open the Customer Account sign-in page.
2. Enter your email: Enter the email address used to place your order.
3. Verification code: A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email (no password required).
4. Sign in: Enter the code on our site to access your order history.
5. Request return: Open the fulfilled order you want to return and submit the return request.
