If you're here, you probably have a defective product on your hands that you're trying to fix! We want to take this opportunity to say thank you for giving that product a second chance.
AgozTech Warranty
AgozTech is and always will be a company that prioritizes design and quality over everything else. To us, using the highest-quality, longest-lasting materials is one of the most important aspects of designing new products.
We provide a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for all Agoz products.
AgozTech warrants our products against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use within the applicable Warranty Period, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. This manufacturer warranty strictly does not cover damages to the product or personal property, such as your scanner, POS terminal or other devices, that arise from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accident (dropping the product, etc.), or not following the instructions.
AgozTech does not warrant and is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any scanner, POS terminal, or other device made by anyone other than AgozTech.
What is covered under the warranty?
All items purchased new from www.agoztech.com is covered under the Warranty Policy outlined above.
Replacements
If we still have inventory of the defective item you currently have, we'll send you a replacement of the exact same item.
If we no longer have inventory of the defective item, we'll send you a store credit of equivalent value so you can pick out another item from our website. Once you've placed your new order, we'll refund the shipping fee associated with the replacement order.
What is not covered under the warranty?
Damages to Agoz products that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, removal or installation, misuse or abuse, or modification are not covered under AgoztECH's warranty. AgozTech will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Agoz product. The warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.
Products that were not purchased from www.agoztech.com is not covered under the warranty.

What are my options if I'm outside the warranty window?
If you placed your order outside of our 30-day warranty window, we still want to help you in any way we can. Email info@agoztech.com and someone from our team will let you know what your options are.
